The pole-district stands on Shenzhen Bay (on the territorial boundaries) in a series of existing buildings (200,000 sqm made available by the Vanke group) dedicated to the various activities and sectors of Italy, the first of which is reserved for top fashion brands and starred chefs with collateral activities for major exhibitions and events and the latter for food & beverage under the guidance of Italian curators.
A development is foreseen for Settlement Projects in the different Buildings functionally independent from each other but synergistic in the creation of the Italian System effect.
Due to its size and location, it can be considered the largest house of all time in the Italian system in the world. The project is part of an Italian Brand's vast global enhancement plan with a new district dedicated to Italy - Fioritalia - capable of representing Culture, Art, Fashion, Food & Beverage, Furniture, Yachts, Motorcycles, High technology, Music, Cinema and Made in Italy Excellence, and give life to a demonstrative model of Italy, to be offered as a broad and diversified palimpsest of Italian storytelling and language: a kaleidoscope to rekindle the ties broken by the Pandemic and as a citadel of acculturation and information for development and the conquest of markets.
